Client Intellectual Property
You retain all intellectual property rights in materials, data, and content that you provide to us. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use such materials solely for the purpose of providing the agreed services.
Project Deliverables
Ownership of project deliverables will be specified in the applicable Statement of Work or service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, custom work product created specifically for a client project will be assigned to the client upon full payment of all fees.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ACCURACY.
We do not warrant that:
- Our services will meet all of your requirements or expectations
- Our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
- Any defects or errors will be corrected
- The results obtained from our services will be accurate or reliable

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hartford County, Connecticut, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts.
